- Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Custom or hand-tooled items require 5–7 business days.
- Free Shipping: Valid on all domestic orders over $150.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: A standard $9.99 fee applies to domestic orders under $150.
- Carrier Options: We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS with tracking numbers provided instantly via email.
- Saddle Shipping: All English and Western saddles ship via insured ground service with a flat $45 oversized item fee.
- Signature Required: Orders valued over $300 require a signature upon delivery for security.
- International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Duties and taxes are responsibility of the buyer.
🔄 Free Returns: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is free for defective items; standard return shipping applies otherwise. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
