• Saddle Trial Period: Saddles come with a strict 5-day trial period from delivery. They must be tested using a clean saddle blanket. Marks on bilayers or flaps will void return eligibility.
• Exchanges: Swap sizes or styles seamlessly through our portal with immediate inventory reservation.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, monogrammed gear, and clearance/final sale products cannot be returned.
