Items in your order may ship separately. Apparel and handbags may ship from different inventory locations, so shirts and bags may arrive in separate packages. Tracking will be provided for each shipment. In some cases it may take a bit longer than our TAT.

- Signature Required: Orders valued over $300 require a signature upon delivery for security.

- Saddle Trial Period: Saddles come with a strict 5-day trial period from delivery. They must be tested using a clean saddle blanket. Marks on bilayers or flaps will void return eligibility.

- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, monogrammed gear, and clearance/final sale products cannot be returned.
