- Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Custom or hand-tooled items require 5–7 business days.
- Free Shipping: Valid on all domestic orders over $150.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: A standard $9.99 fee applies to domestic orders under $150.
- Carrier Options: We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS with tracking numbers provided instantly via email.
- Saddle Shipping: All English and Western saddles ship via insured ground service with a flat $45 oversized item fee.
- Signature Required: Orders valued over $300 require a signature upon delivery for security.
- International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Duties and taxes are responsibility of the buyer.

- 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- 100% Free Shipping: No return label fees, no restocking fees, and no hidden deductions.
- Condition: Items must be unused, clean, hair-free, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Saddle Trial Period: Saddles come with a strict 5-day trial period from delivery. They must be tested using a clean saddle blanket. Marks on bilayers or flaps will void return eligibility.
- Exchanges: Swap sizes or styles seamlessly through our portal with immediate inventory reservation.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, monogrammed gear, and clearance/final sale products cannot be returned.
